WhatsApp appointment reminders, with the right details.
Give clients a clear reminder of their appointment without retyping their booking details. Polissh prepares WhatsApp messages for you to review and send.
14 days free. No card needed to start.
What is available now
Polissh opens the prepared message in WhatsApp for you to send. Opening WhatsApp does not mean the message has been sent or delivered. Check the recipient and message before sending, especially after a booking changes.
Automatic sending needs a connected number
Automatic WhatsApp sending is still rolling out and requires a connected WhatsApp Business number. Do not plan your salon's reminder routine around automatic delivery until your own number is connected and you have tested it. This is separate from SMS deposit-link sending.
Make the next step obvious
Include the salon name, appointment date and time, and a clear way to contact you about a change. A reminder should help a client arrive or tell you they cannot make it, not hide the appointment inside a sales message.
Separate reminders from offers
Keep appointment messages and promotional campaigns distinct. Record the client's contact preferences and permission for marketing. Review your own responsibilities under POPIA; using a messaging tool alone does not establish legal compliance.
Common questions
- Are WhatsApp reminders sent automatically today?
- Without a connected business number, Polissh opens a prepared message for you to send. Automatic sending is rolling out and must be tested for your salon.
- Does opening the message prove delivery?
- No. An opened WhatsApp message is not proof that it was sent or received.
- Can I send offers to everyone who booked?
- Appointment contact details are not a blanket permission to send marketing. Check consent and client preferences before sending offers.
