Plan each therapist's availability
Give each therapist their own diary, working hours and service assignments. Clients booking online see professionals eligible for their chosen treatment. Block unavailable time so a break does not appear as an open appointment.
Allow for preparation and cleanup
Set a treatment's duration and cleanup time, then check that the available starts fit your day. Keep your rooms and equipment organised in the app's Rooms section. Test your own room-sharing arrangements during the trial; a staff time slot should not be treated as proof that every required room is free.
