Barbershop software for a busy day of cuts.

Regulars want their barber. Reception needs to know who has room next. Keep scheduled cuts, client notes and checkout together while making space for the people who walk through the door.

14 days free. No card needed to start.

Give regulars a choice of barber

Share your online booking link so clients can choose their usual barber or First available. Link cuts, beard trims and other services to the people who perform them. Use realistic durations for combination appointments rather than fitting every visit into the same slot.

Add a walk-in to the diary

When a client arrives without a booking, check the available barber and add an appointment yourself. This puts the visit into the diary and makes it available at checkout. Polissh does not advertise a live walk-in queue, queue tickets or customer wait-time estimates.

Finish the cut, record the payment

Open checkout from the appointment so the service, barber and client are already linked. Record the payment and tip, then keep the visit in the client's history. Sales and services are recorded in rand.

Keep repeat visits familiar

Use client notes for useful details such as clipper length or a preferred finish. Check the previous visit when a regular returns instead of relying on one barber's memory. Invite each staff member to their own account and give them the appropriate access.

Common questions

Is there a walk-in queue screen?
No live queue or wait-time estimate is promised. Add walk-ins as appointments in an available barber's diary.
Can clients book a specific barber?
Yes, when that barber is active, assigned to the service and allowed to take it online.
Can a one-chair barbershop use it?
Yes. Start with your own diary; the first booking staff member is included in the monthly price.
